Colorado Mesa University String and Symphony Orchestra

Professor Krinke joined the faculty at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, CO in 2017, teaching violin, viola, and composition students, as well as conducting the CMU orchestra. He encourages sound technical skills and posture, for ease of playing and beautiful sound production. His background as a composer and new-music performer also leads him to stress the value of imagination and freedom in making music. His experience with all ages has spurred his interest in pedagogy, and strengthens his ability to teach his students to be excellent teachers themselves.
